Most of our work is in Wellington itself, from the subdivisions built in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s to the equestrian farms and estates. We also work in the towns next door. To the north are Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee Groves and The Acreage, where larger lots mean long driveways and barns. To the east are Greenacres, Palm Springs, Lake Worth Beach and West Palm Beach, with older neighborhoods and smaller lots. To the southeast are Lantana and Boynton Beach. Each town page covers what we found about local housing and, where a city or village publishes them, its rules for driveways and work in the right-of-way.
